Hii, i am going through a breakup and what i have come to realise that, if you want to get over your ex try to do something that keeps you busy
Always remember if he aint the one for you, there is obviously someone waiting for you. The perfect one for whom you dont need these type of answers.
Remember you dont have to force yourself to be in another relationship just to forget the first one. I personally like to watch movies, listen to songs, catch up with my friends. All the things you wanted to do but couldn't cuz relationship kept you busy.
What’s the worst thing you caught anyone in your family doing?
And if you cant stop thinking about them, go to your bestfriend or somebody that hates your ex, theyll give you enough reason to stay away from you ex (lol)
Try to remember all the bad things they did to you. And if the thought of going back is coming in your mind ( i have been thinking the same). Ask yourself Am I gonna regret this later? If the answer is yes then dont go back. Youll regret this, getting over your ex is really tough but i think we can do this.
